Grief knowledge is often flawed and filled with myths. Well-meaning advice can cause people to hide their true feelings, as those around them may be uncomfortable with grief. It doesn’t have to be this way. Whether you’re experiencing a personal loss or supporting someone through grief, we can help you move forward.

H2H teaches evidence based programmes, the Grief Recovery Method (TGRM) and Edu- Therapy Grief resolution programme (Edu-T). The programmes help you move beyond death, divorce, and over 40 other losses, by identifying conflicting emotions and providing steps to reduce emotional intensity. All programmes equip us with tools to support self-healing next time we experience a loss of any kind.

Grief is rarely discussed. Society teaches us how to acquire things, not what to do when we lose them. We teach tangible recovery skills for healing. The world often offers little help, but here is your chance to change that and take action. I recall the sunny day I felt recovery from my own loss. After months of grieving, I could breathe deeply, lift my feet as if no longer weighed down, and even my eyelids felt lighter. I had completed TGRM.
