  • Signed contractual agreements related to: Grief recovery programmes & workshops

To comply with insurance requirements we retain basic information about programme attendance. Any personal information verbally provided by you for the purposes of your emotional wellbeing during Grief recovery programmes or workshops is treated with the strictest confidence and not stored electronically or on paper.

You directly provide H2H with most of the data we collect. We collect and process data in two ways:

Direct interaction

  • You provide your name, telephone, email and postal address as required to enable H2H to advise regarding products, services, programmes, workshops, visits, talks and appointments.

Automated interaction via the Website

  • You may provide your First name and email via the website for a specific email response from H2H.
  • If you sign up for any of the H2H programmes/workshops your First name, Surname, telephone number, email, and address.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey, provide feedback or interact with Q&A’s or message boards.
  • Use or view our website, when cookies will be installed on your device with your permission.

 

3. Why we need to collect and process your Personal Data

You provide only the personal data necessary for H2H to communicate with you for legitimate business purposes. These may include:

  • Discussing and taking part in any H2H programmes or workshops
  • Participating in any forums or discussions on the H2H website.
  • Marketing H2H products and services.
  • Newsletters.
  • Invoicing for business accounting purposes.

  • All paper documents are held in a locked cabinet in a private office within the registered office of H2H.
  • All electronic data is stored within password-protected software on a password protected computer stored within the registered office of H2H, or on hosting platform, on a password- protected computer, within a secure locked facility.

 

5. How will H2H communicate with you?

H2H will communicate with you via email, text, telephone, Messenger or paper letter as appropriate and preferable to you, to provide you with the information necessary to book, attend and/or communicate with us regarding our Grief recovery programmes and workshops.

H2H may communicate with you, with your permission, via Skype or Zoom or other video conferencing tools as necessary.
 

6. Disclosure of your Personal Data

H2H shares your personal data appropriately with the following trusted third parties for legal and legitimate business purposes only:

  • Accounting software for legal book-keeping purposes.

  • Paypal – online payment processing platform.
  • Bank – online payment transfers.
  • WordPress – website hosting company

H2H has no access to your credit or debit card numbers, Paypal account, bank details or pin numbers for payment purposes.

All reasonable care is taken to ensure third parties used are GDPR compliant. H2H is not responsible for data held by any third party software hosting.

8. Your Data Protection rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: you have the right to request a copy of any Personal Data held by H2H and expect a response to that request within one month, H2H reserves the right to charge a small fee for this service.
  • Correction: Request correction of your Personal Data.
  • Erasure: Request erasure of your Personal Data.
  • Restriction: Request restriction of processing your Personal Data provided it does not inhibit the legal and legitimate obligations of business.
  • Withdraw and/or Unsubscribe from further contact from H2H at any time.

You have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there has been a breach of your Personal Data. Please contact H2H first to ensure all privacy policy structures have been followed and give us the opportunity to resolve any queries with you personally.
